Our five offices and 65 employees located throughout Wisconsin serve local government and WisDOT in the areas of transportation and structural engineering; landscape architecture and planning; and environmental, real estate, public involvement, and construction services.

Since beginning operations in 2005, we have grown rapidly and attracted industry-recognized experts, including professional engineers and environmental and real estate specialists. By having the ability to complete a wide variety of services in-house, we are able to provide a cost-effective, high-quality product.

Position: Project Surveyor

You will perform a variety of general survey tasks, including:

  • Topographic survey
  • Construction staking
  • Lidar Scanning
  • Geodetic survey
  • Research of control and boundary monuments necessary to complete survey work
  • Surveying and records search for right-of-way plats, Certified Survey Maps (CSMs) and other surveys.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license, ability to travel, including overnight, if needed
  • Experience working with robotic and GPS field survey equipment
  • Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills a must
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team

Other Qualifications:

The following qualifications are not required but would be considered an added benefit:

  • Professional Land Surveying License or ability to obtain in the future
  • Knowledge and expertise with various software packages including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microstation, In-Roads and Trimble Business Center
  • Understanding of the WisDOT transportation design process
  • Experience with WisDOT construction inspection

Additional Information

Experience: 3+ Years 

Education: Two-year technical degree in a related field or equivalent at minimum 

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
