Land Survey/GIS/CAD Technician

The Sawyer County Surveyors Department is accepting applications for a Land Survey/GIS/CAD Technician. This is a 40-hour per week technical position with diverse job duties. You are encouraged to apply if you have education in one of the following: Land Surveying, GIS, CAD, Engineering, Natural Resources or related field; OR any equivalent combination of training and/or experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities. Position consists of approximately 60% field duties and 40% office duties related to the recovery and maintenance of Public Land Survey corners, preparing survey documents, integrating survey data with GIS, and updating county parcel mapping.
