We are currently seeking a Land Survey Manager to join our Land Surveying division.

Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in various aspects of land surveying
-MicroStation and AutoCAD or Civil 3D experience
-Possess a broad-based knowledge of the construction and survey process
-Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written, graphical, and verbal forms
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Registered as a Professional Land Surveyor in the state of WI a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
-Managing a survey team of five to ten employees
-Preparing proposals and contracts
-Providing guidance and direction to field crew(s) and survey technicians
-Overseeing survey aspects of civil engineering projects and/or directing preparation of all types of survey plans
-Conducting deed and plan research and review
-Preparing ROW plans and agreements
-Performing survey computations and data collection
-CAD and drafting
Pay: Based on experience and qualifications. Salary ranging up to $100,000 per year.
