What is Bucky's Challenge?

In 2007, a crafty WSLS Foundation director came up with the idea to fundraise in a different way, which has now morphed into one of the more successful fundraising efforts of the WSLS Foundation. That's Bucky’s Challenge. The main goal of this fundraiser was to create a fun event and raises money for education at the same time. This trivia contest is named after long time WSLS Executive Director Harold Charlier’s dog, Bucky. Teams assemble to compete in this trivia contest for bragging rights and a world famous Bucky’s tee-shirt. The winning teams gain their fame by being posted on this website and the back cover of the Wisconsin Professional Surveyor. In addition to the funds for the team sponsorship there are tee-shirt sponsors. With such a hot item there is a lot of interest in getting your logo on the back to the shirt. This event continues to be a very successful fundraiser for the WSLS Foundation. To date Bucky's Challenge has raised just over $110,000.
