The Ins & Outs of Access Easements - In this session we will cover the many ways access easements are created (written grant, CSM, prescription, etc.), interpretation of access easements and recent changes to the law including private road maintenance and the potential expiration of access easements by operation of law. We will also discuss potential easement terms and best practices. Questions encouraged!

Adverse Possession/Prescriptive Easements - This presentation will cover both legal and practical aspects of Adverse Possession as well as the related topic, Prescriptive Easements. The Wisconsin Statutes which address Adverse Possession and Prescriptive Easements will be reviewed and discussed as well as pertinent Wisconsin case law
